FAQs
1) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx. On engagements of over a week we require a 50% deposit.
2) Do you administer medications?
Yes. Oral and topical medications. If you are booking home drop in visits we will accomodate your pet's med schedule.

3) Can I cancel?
Yes, but please do let us know as soon as possible. Unlike other services, there is no fee to cancel.

4) What if my flight is cancelled or I need to stay gone longer?
Please let us know as soon as you can and additional days of service or boarding will be billed at the originally quoted price.
5) What if I need service at the last minute?
While advanced notice is preferred we do understand emergencies happen. We can accomodate most requests, call us!
